Quality Assurance - SHB @ Puresoftware

We are looking for candidates who have prior experience in designing, implementing and/or maintaining ILP Unit / Actuarial Funding (esp, in terms of Tech system) in insurance companies.
Responsibilities:
??Coordinating overall testing strategy with technical expertise in automation and manual testing
??Driving detailed test plans and test cases based on requirements to ensure comprehensive coverage and quality standards
??Conduct testing and resolve defects to ensure successful project delivery
??Engaging with users to validate solution
??Identifying, logging and meticulously tracking defects accompanied by comprehensive reporting
Requirements and Skills:
??Proven working experience in designing, implementing and/or maintaining ILP Unit Funding in insurance companies, preferably in Singapore market
??Solid technical background, with hands-on experience in ILP product launches
??Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
??Good written and verbal communication skills
