• Experience: 10 to 12 years in program/project management, focusing on Agile product development.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in JIRA, Excel, SQL, and familiarity with Agile frameworks.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and stakeholder management skills.

• Program Leadership: Define, launch, and manage complex product development programs aligned with business goals.

• Agile Implementation: Mentor cross-functional teams in Agile methodologies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.

• Release Management: Manage release cycles and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.

• Sprint Oversight: Oversee sprint planning, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of objectives.

• Performance Monitoring: Establish and track KPIs to measure RD program success and team performance.

• Auditing Reviews: Conduct regular audits and lead weekly/monthly reviews to assess progress and address blockers.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive program success.

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to team efficiency and productivity.

• Governance Expertise: Serve as the expert for Jira and Confluence, ensuring optimal setup and maintenance.
