Job Description

As a Lead Software Engineer, you are expected to:

Implement complex solutions using C++ & Java technologies
Make significant contributions towards designing and delivering high-quality work
Build collaborative relationships with Product Management, Support and other peer teams
Work in cadence with agile teams, embracing a mindset of rapid learning, experimentation, iteration, and close collaboration

Skills and experience:

Bachelor s degree with eight (8+) years of software development experience, or Master s degree with six (6+) years of software development experience. Relevant degree fields include Computer Science, Math, Electronics etc.
Hands-on experience with the following -
- C++, STL, Multithreading, Socket communication
- Problem solving and C++ debugging skills
- Unit Test frameworks like GTest and mock frameworks
- Solid working knowledge of PL/SQL
- Experience in administering Unix/Linux/Windows systems is an added advantage
- Working knowledge of Java, RESTful Web Services, Cloud platforms is an advantage
- CI/CD experience using Jenkins, Git, Gradle is preferred
Strong software development experience in building enterprise grade products with deep knowledge in applying system design concepts
Experience in collaborating with customers to understand and solve their challenges, conducting solution demos of new features
