Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Making outbound calls to customers who already used our services and share negative feedback for any reason
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
  • Providing information as per customer query related to the customer health plan
  • Resolving customers issues in a timely manner
  • Escalating issues to the appropriate department or IT
  • Documenting all interactions with customers for future QA

Preferred candidate profile

  • Require 0- 2 years of experience
  • Candidate must have good English communication
  • Qualification - graduate/diploma or post graduates
  • Candidate should be comfortable with location Noida (work from office)
  • Immediate joiners - 15 days notice period candidates preffered
