Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of corporate sales professionals to achieve revenue targets through effective business development, solution selling, and key account management.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets, expand existing relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Pre-Sales, Professional Services) to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and optimize sales processes.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to junior team members.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 7-12 years of experience in B2B Sales or Corporate Sales with expertise in ERP/Product Sales/Service Sales/Consultative Sales/Solution Sales/CRM Sales/ERP Sales/Productivity Tools/IT Products/IT Solutions.
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution with any specialization.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through successful client acquisition and retention efforts.
