Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Non-IT Recruiter for a 6-month contractual role to support B2B/Field Sales hiring across multiple regions. The role is based in Chennai and involves working closely with business teams to ensure timely and quality talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for B2B/Field Sales roles
  
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and sourcing strategies
  
• Actively source candidates via job portals, social media, references, and internal databases
  
• Conduct telephonic screening and assess candidates for role fitment
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, and follow up with stakeholders and candidates
  
• Maintain hiring trackers and ensure compliance with recruitment SLAs
  
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  
• Support any additional TA initiatives as assigned during the contract period
  

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in HR is an advantage)
  
• 14 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Sales/Non-IT hiring
  
• Strong sourcing and screening skills, particularly for Field Sales/B2B profiles
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently
  
• Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and recruitment tools/ATS
