We are looking for Automation test enginner for a leading company in bangalore.

Position: Automation Test Engineer  Experience: (6-8) Years Shift: IST & EST Total no. of positions: 3  Location: Bangalore NP: Immediate 

Job Description:    Mandatory Key Skills: JavaScript/ Typescript, WebDriver IO, API, SCM tools  
• Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript programming.
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts using JavaScript, TypeScript, WebDriver IO, and Cucumber.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman, and automate API tests using JavaScript-based frameworks.
• Analyze and handle both simple and complex JSON responses programmatically using JavaScript.
• Experience in working with SCM tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket etc.
• Experience in working with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Teamcity, GitLab CICD).
• Possess a basic understanding of Docker, containers, and related concepts.
• Debug and troubleshoot test failures, ensuring high-quality test coverage.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders to improve software quality.
• Follow and contribute to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Document test cases, test results, and defects with clear communication.
• Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
