Work location - Mumbai + Pune POSITION Senior Test Engineer ROLE Senior Test Engineer REPORTING TO Test Lead POSITION STATEMENT: This role is responsible for implementation of Manual and Automation Test Frameworks
The incumbent is responsible for planning, deploying, and managing the testing effort for any given engagement /release
The incumbent defines the scope of testing within the context of each release /delivery
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: - years of Testing Experience Good Communication, articulation skills and assertiveness Ability to manage multiple stakeholders Certification in Automation tools (preferred) Experience in BFSI/Telecom domain/as per requirement will be an added advantage Should be able to drive processes and adherence Knowledge of Agile methodology Ability to manage a small team Knowledge of reporting wherever needed _ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES:
Plays a critical/lead role in coordination with Application team for creating test design framework as per RTM
Creates/updates Test Data for Automation Test cases
Performs SIT UAT Test Execution and oversees the test execution of the Junior TE s
Selects the applicable Regression Tests and Test cases suitable for automation considering automation selection criteria
Reports defects follows up with Developers / BA / IT for defect fixation with defect ageing tracking SLA
Provides Test Results walkthrough to stakeholders for Sign off

Creates, maintains Test Assets and Repository
Assists Team lead in driving testing best practices through regular knowledge sharing sessions
Documentation for Project Including Test Planning, Execution, Defect Reporting
Ensures regular communication with test lead on any issue that may impact quality, schedule, or budget of the project

Manages timesheets
