Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Client Servicing Manager / Project Manager to lead the conceptualization and execution of corporate events. The role involves direct client interaction, project ownership, and oversight of a client servicing team. The ideal candidate should have a blend of strategic thinking, creative ideation, and operational execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, relationship management, and project delivery
  • Lead ideation and conceptualization based on client briefs, collaborating with creative and production teams to build strong event narratives
  • Translate client needs into effective event strategies, proposals, and presentations
  • Manage end-to-end event planning, including timelines, budgeting, vendor coordination, and execution
  • Oversee on-ground event operations, ensuring seamless delivery aligned with brand and client expectations
  • Manage and mentor the Client Servicing (CS) team, ensuring clarity of roles, workload distribution, and timely delivery
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, content, production, logistics) for integrated execution
  • Drive client presentations, feedback cycles, and post-event reporting
  • Maintain high standards of service excellence, attention to detail, and client satisfaction
  • Proactively address challenges and implement solutions under tight deadlines

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in client servicing/project management in the corporate events or experiential marketing industry
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams
  • Strong understanding of event conceptualization, branding, and communication strategy
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools
  • Knowledge of event production, budgeting, and logistics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
  • Flexibility to travel and manage live event execution on-site
