Job Description

* Role & responsibilities

• Promote and sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses, including life, health, vehicle, property, and other types of insurance.
  
• Develop leads and contact potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  
• Provide customized insurance solutions based on client needs.
  
• Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage details in a clear and accessible manner.
  
• Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and policy renewals.
  
• Follow up with clients on policy changes, renewals, and claims.
  
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

* Preferred candidate profile

• High school, diploma or equivalent (any graduate preferred).
  
• Proven experience in sales or customer service (insurance experience is a plus).
  
• Ability to work independently and willing to do field work
  
• Ready to work on target-oriented
