Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing accurate information about our courses and programs, and converting inquiries into enrollments. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Counsel prospective students and parents over the phone, via email, and in-person.
* Understand student requirements and guide them about suitable courses and career paths.
* Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and online leads promptly.
* Provide complete information about the institute, course curriculum, fees, facilities, and career outcomes.
* Maintain accurate and updated records of student data, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or Excel sheets.
* Follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and SMS.
* Participate in admission drives, education fairs, webinars, and seminars.
* Meet monthly admission targets and report daily progress to the manager.
