Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mobile Device Management (MDM) Specialist to support our customer operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM (Config Manager) in a hybrid environment, and knowledge of vulnerability management tools such as Qualys. This role will also involve creating reports for customer reviews, and contributing to release and change management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage MDM platforms, primarily Microsoft Intune.
- Support and maintain SCCM/ConfigMgr in a hybrid environment for device configuration and deployment.
- Manage and analyze vulnerabilities using Qualys, ensuring timely remediation.
- Generate and deliver detailed reports for customer reviews and internal audits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS and Office 365 application issues.
- Implement and maintain MDM reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for endpoint security and compliance.
- Participate in release and change management processes.
- Support user and device identity management in Azure Active Directory.
- Develop basic automation scripts using PowerShell or Python to streamline processes.
- Provide excellent customer communication and support, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Understand and manage Microsoft licensing for endpoint-related products.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience with Mobile Device Management (Microsoft Intune).
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Qualys or similar vulnerability management tools.
- 2+ years in customer-facing communication roles.
- Proven experience in generating MDM and endpoint management reports.
- Strong experience with SCCM / ConfigMgr (Hybrid environment).
- Proficiency in Office365, Windows OS configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Solid knowledge of Azure Active Directory.
- Familiarity with PowerShell / Python scripting (good to have).
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 apps and licensing.
- Experience with release and change management frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102, AZ-104, MS-500).
- Experience with automation tools and scripting in enterprise IT environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices is a plus.
