Job Description

The People & Culture Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing our people vision by working closely with business stakeholders, People Hiring, People Operations and Learning & Development teams. He/she will create initiatives to enhance the employee experience and support business strategies and culture change.
 
What you will be doing
  • Collaborate with line managers on the design and delivery of appropriate and relevant performance improvement initiatives and personal development plans for their staff, to build capacity in talent management and retention.
  • Assist senior managers in determining their workforce development priorities by using methodologies and tools that diagnose gaps and needs, and identify the most appropriate and best-value strategies and solutions.
  • Encourage a growth mindset amongst team members by collaborating with our Learning team to assess training needs that are relevant, create training and development programs and ensure they are available and monitor the training budget and individual s learning consumption.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on the most complex issues, supporting our team in all people related areas including: onboarding, performance management, succession planning, retention, talent development, compensation and rewards, employee relations and employee engagement.
  • Act as a change agent by looking for new ways to improve the employee experience aligned to our employee value proposition.
  • Continually assess our existing policies, procedures, and programs and put forward recommendations to improve efficiencies and employee satisfaction.
  • Lead the on-going design and execution of employee onboarding, training and development programs to improve the depth and breadth of the team s skills set and to raise awareness around behavioral, technical and leadership competencies.
  • Identify our HiPOs through employee profiling; educate teams around career paths and support all succession planning and talent development activities.
  • Use all available HR data to ensure HR analytics supports all reporting, action planning and decision making and put forward recommendation for change.
  • Act as a coach and mentor to our people and provide advice and guidance to our leadership team, using HR data analytics, external benchmarks and best practice approaches to support decision making.

What we are looking for
  • 10-15 years of experience in HR, at least 2-3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner/People Partner
  • Graduate/Post graduate in HR, MBA preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resource Information System
  • Comprehensive knowledge of local labor law
  • Hands-on knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and Power BI will be advantageous
  • Good understanding of compensation packages, payroll processes, and exit processes
