Role & responsibilities :
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of MEP & LV systems, including design principles, cost estimation, and specifications to deliver optimal client solutions.
Proposal Development: Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, incorporating value engineering for cost-effective solutions.
Client Engagement: Collaborate with sales to assess client requirements and provide tailored solutions within budget.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor proposals, and MEP & LV package costing.
Contract Negotiation: Support sales in negotiating contract terms to secure favourable pricing and project scope while safeguarding company interests.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: Min. 6-8 Year in MEP commercial and sales in fitout/Construction industry.
Technical Knowledge: Expertise in MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).
Commercial Acumen: Proven success in commercial roles within the fit-out and construction industry.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for clear technical presentations.
Business Acumen: Understanding of pricing strategies, financial analysis, and profit margins.
Value Engineering: Ability to optimize designs for cost efficiency without compromising quality.
Tendering & Estimation: Expertise in preparing competitive bids and cost analysis.
