Key Responsibilities:
AdWords Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage Google AdWords campaigns to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI.
Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-converting keywords. Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance.
Ad Copywriting & A/B Testing: Develop compelling ad copy that aligns with our business goals. Implement A/B tests to improve click-through rates and conversions.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROI. Provide detailed reports and insights to the management team.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to keep our campaigns competitive.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to ensure cost-effective ad spend.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align AdWords strategies with broader business objectives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing Google AdWords campaigns, specifically for IT service outsourcing or related industries.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
