We re looking for a visionary and hands-on Sales Demand Generation Leader to spearhead growth across our diverse portfolio of B2B tech brands. This is a high-impact role focused on driving pipeline velocity, brand engagement, and qualified sales opportunities through a blend of innovative strategies, content-powered storytelling, and modern demand generation techniques with a strong emphasis on video, automation, and AI-powered marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Funnel Demand Strategy
Design, execute, and scale comprehensive multi-brand demand generation programs that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue. Align strategies with each brand s GTM motion from staff augmentation and SaaS to conversational AI.
Innovative Growth Campaigns
Leverage new-age tactics including video marketing, interactive content, AI-driven personalization, and intent-based targeting to capture attention and convert leads at scale.
Inbound Outbound Excellence
Blend inbound strategies (SEO, email marketing, lead magnets, webinars, YouTube videos, LinkedIn thought leadership) with outbound plays (ABM, cold email, retargeting ads) to consistently fill and accelerate the pipeline.
Video-Led Brand Storytelling
Champion the use of YouTube videos, reels, testimonials, case study videos, and explainer animations across all five brands. Collaborate with content and creative teams to bring high-converting visual assets to life.
Lead Lifecycle Nurturing
Create segmented nurture flows, scoring models, and re-engagement paths that intelligently guide leads through the funnel.
Sales Marketing Sync
Partner with sales to improve MQL SQL conversions, define SLAs, and ensure seamless lead handoff and feedback loops.
Event Webinar Engine
Plan and execute webinars, roundtables, and virtual events with deep domain relevance, featuring client success stories, expert panels, and live product walk-throughs.
Performance Optimization
Track and report KPIs across brands including CAC, CPL, pipeline influence, channel ROI, and conversion metrics. A/B test and optimize continuously.
Market Intelligence
Conduct regular analysis of industry shifts, competitive plays, and ICP behavior to refine messaging and prioritization.
What We re Looking For
10+ years of progressive experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or sales development in IT services, SaaS, and B2B tech.
Demonstrated success owning demand gen across multiple brands or business units.
Proven track record in building multi-channel, video-powered campaigns that drive measurable revenue.
Deep expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and related Martech tools.
Hands-on familiarity with ABM platforms, AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT for content), and personalization engines.
A data-driven mindset with strong analytical chops and a passion for growth metrics.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder alignment skills capable of working across teams and time zones.
