Job Description

• Manage the team members on a day-to-day basis ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Drive the team to meet outcomes committed.
• Ensure clarity on deliverables for the team and the timelines.
• Identifies and removes blockers that are slowing down the team.
• Update JIRA tickets and leverage JIRA for delivery.
• Working with PM to ensure committed targets are met with quality standards.
• Working with PM in the planning of deliverables.
• Maintain clear communication providing updates on changes.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Tracks team performance using metricsRole & responsibilities
