We are looking to hire Senior Executive / Assistant Manager at Max Healthcare, Saket for the location of Guwahati.


Job Objective: To achieve assigned targets while operating within budget


Key Responsibilities:

  • To effectively interface with the trade physicians and patients for promoting the services offered by the hospital.
  • To make Max Healthcare Hospital of Choice for the allocated regions people & Doctors.
  • To demonstrate ability to implement sales promotion and relationship building initiatives.
  • To create database of potential doctors & nursing homes / hospitals across Allahabad.
  • To conceive plan and organize CMEs /OPDs/Camps other programs for MECP physicians.
  • Responsible for newsletters to MECP doctors.
  • To convene regular meetings and performance reviews involving team members and Team Leaders, MECP Relations.
  • To maintain and track doctors performance vis--vis MECP Relations Targets.
  • To achieve target revenue of MECP Team.
  • To manage MECP Relations team / provide leadership to the MECP Relation steam to achieve their targets.
  • To recruit, retain & develop MECP doctors for the units.
  • To maintain overall self-presentation and policy adherence.
  • Regularly attending sales meeting & training sessions.
  • Ensuring 80% business comes fro TOP key specialties

JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Qualifications


  • Graduate with MBA (Marketing) / Diploma in Marketing

Experience

  • Preferably with 4 to 7 years sales experience in Health Care or related Industries, where sales is through Doctors.

Technical Skills

  • Competent in ensuring provision of prompt and high-quality patient care.
  • Team building.
  • Quality improvement initiatives.
  • Realization of Nursing goals & growth promotion.
  • HIS/ Computer skills.
  • Analytical skills
  • Material Management
  • Infection control practices and procedures

Language Skills

  • English
  • Hindi
