Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Main responsibility includes assisting in executing the project design, construction details and managing issues on site.
• Acquire design awareness and design culture in the team.
• Maintain thorough communication with Sr. Architects and Sr. Technicians in the team.
• Understand the importance of time and work efficiently on deadlines & under pressure.
• Maintain communication links between the team and other departments like (Liaison, Clients, Support )
• Undertake all duties under ISO standards and MIS systems suitable as per the job title.
• Attend regular training sessions and apply the gained knowledge.
• Engage in innovation and research using the internet and other sources.
• Update architectural knowledge from periodicals and other subscriptions.
• Remain sensitive about maintaining the Company image and culture internally and externally
• Use company resources in a responsible manner

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent CAD skills
• Excellent communication skills written and spoken English
• Keen attention to detail
• Eager to learn and develop new skills
• Respect for Company virtues such as honesty, punctuality and sincerity
• Flexibility in attitude with the main focus on Company success
