Job Description:
As the Manager, Revenue Enablement (Asia) you will report to the Director of Revenue Enablement . In this role, you will provide the tools, assets, resources, and training to the revenue teams (Sales Development, Sales, Channel Sales, and Customer Success) in order to improve efficiency and support the companys continued rapid growth. You are required to interact heavily with the revenue teams to determine the current gaps, the marketing team to ensure assets and strategies are aligned with the company vision, and the operations team to provide the necessary tools and services for the revenue teams.
Success in this role means driving the revenue enablement strategy across all key internal customer lifecycle stakeholders. You will be required to organize, standardize, and analyze our enablement programs and assets . You will collaborate and act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that we are constantly delivering consistent, up to date and relevant messages to our field organization. You will drive the sales training roadmap; empowering the team with a robust onboarding program, product training and certification and professional sales development plan thereby enhancing our go-to market effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Design, author, deliver, evaluate and maintain effective training programs on -demand
Create and maintain content governance model and ensure adherence from collaborators
Help to manage the sales enablement content repository in alignment with collaborators and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need
Develop strong relationships with learners , collaborators , and stakeholders to ensure the effective use of the enablement platform / LMS to enhance learning
Develop and maintain up-to-date content for within our enablement platform / LMS Content Center
Troubleshoot and correct problems to assure reliability within the enablement platform / LMS and related technologies
Work within enablement platform / LMS infrastructure to develop, test, and implement updates
Setup new hires with on-demand and live onboarding programs
Manage and integrate learning-related, third-party software into enterprise applications (Articulate and Adobe Creative Cloud)
Develop and maintain roles within LMS to ensure proper access, usage, and security for Uniphore employees based on their group s needs
Manage relationship between Uniphore and the enablement platform / LMS vendor
Requirements :
3 - 6 years of Sales enablement / LD experience in SaaS companies
Bachelors Degree
Content creation experience building assets and materials (internal/external) and can be used by the sales team to facilitate their sales cycle
Hands-on experience on Learning/Content management systems is a must
Working knowledge of training techniques and best practices for onboarding or adopting new technologies
Experience in effectively tracking performance and metrics across the revenue organization
The ability to work in a cross-functional global position and communicate different types of training subject matter
Proven ability to guide training activities based on company vision and industry trends
Ability to identify knowledge gaps in the organization
Strong technical acumen is a plus
Excellent communication skills
The candidate should be able to give and receive feedback as well as have the ability to work collaboratively since this person generally leads and supports the sales force and its collaborators
They should know how to prioritize tasks and campaigns delegated to them
A certain level of project management mentality is needed as well as the ability to deal with projects simultaneously
The candidate will make content more palatable for the revenue teams, they should know how to take advantage of the content produced, what to highlight in each of them, and in which formats they should be presented

A strong understanding of the sales environment
Ability to use metrics and observation to improve sales process efficiency and effectiveness
