Job Description
Responsibilities:1. Assisting the CEO:-Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO for smooth decision-making.
-Help with scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination for meetings, reports, and strategic initiatives.
-Assist in research, data analysis, and preparing presentations for leadership discussions.
-Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.2. Process & Operations Management:- Oversee daily operations and ensure teams adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct periodic internal audits to assess operational efficiency and compliance with policies.
-Collaborate with HR, IT, and Delivery teams to optimize workflows and address process gaps.
-Ensure proper documentation and reporting of key operational processes.3. Project Monitoring & Coordination:
-Track project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
-Follow up with project managers and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.
-Identify operational bottlenecks and coordinat with respective teams for resolution.4. Financial & Accounts Support:
- Work with the Accounts team to track accounts receivable, validate expenses, and ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding payments.
- Assist in budgeting and cost optimization strategies.
- Ensure proper documentation of financial transactions and approvals. 5. Communication & Follow-ups:- Act as a bridge between the CEO, management, and different departments to ensure seamless communication.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with various departments, including HR, IT, Delivery, Sales, and - Marketing, to ensure tasks and action items are completed on time.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.6. Sales & Marketing Coordination:- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to track progress on leads, campaigns, and client acquisition efforts.
- Follow up on sales targets, marketing initiatives, and report key performance metrics to management.
- Ensure alignment between marketing strategies and operational execution.7. Reporting & Performance Monitoring:- Generate reports on key operational metrics and present findings to the CEO and management.
- Monitor performance indicators, identify areas of improvement, and suggest solutions.
- Maintain dashboards and records to track progress across various functions.Requirements- Preferable Male candidates are preferred for this role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in operations, preferably in a software development or IT services company.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in project monitoring, financial tracking, and internal audits.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and collaboration software.
