Job Description

Define high-value AI use cases and collaborate with customers to solve real industry pain points
Build new Insur t ech solutions using Bourntec s AI/Gen AI capabilities
Shape product strategy by staying ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes
Act as a thought leader, contributing to the Insur t ech community

What We re Looking For:

6+ years of overall experience w ith at least 2+ years of experience driving Product management in Insurtech (underwriting, claims, risk, fraud, etc.)
Proven track record in product management or technology implementation
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Passion for AI and how it can revolutionize insurance

Business Requirement Translation - Convert business needs into technical specifications

Strong Analytical skills to assess market trends & customer feedback, & competitor offerings.

Proficiency in Agile & Product Management Tools
