a.Vendor Management (including field work)

c.Assisting Administrative Activities
d.Prepare MIS Reports
e.Internal Office Management, Office space Management, Custody and distribution of stationery items, Co-ordination with Service Agencies, Maintenance of Office Equipment like EPABX, Photocopiers, Fax, Air-conditioners and UPS.
Accountability
The Facility manager will be accountable to the Manager Operations.
Travel
Local travel might be required based on the work allotted.
Education - Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management
MBA in Operations
Experience - 1 to 2 Yrs.
Verbal CommunicationGood. Should know English if Hindi is not his/her mother tongue.
Written CommunicationProficient in English.
Computer LiteracyMS Office including PowerPoint, Word & Excel.
Concepts Vendor management.
