We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our digital platforms and ensure seamless functionality, efficiency, and optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital operations, team management, and data-driven decision-making. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Oversight:
   • Manage and optimize digital workflows, ensuring efficiency and scalability
   • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of digital tools, platforms, and technologies.
2. Team Management:
   • Lead, mentor, and manage the digital operations team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and analytics, to align objectives.
3. Performance Monitoring:
   • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital operations.
   • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
4. Project Management:
   • Plan and execute digital projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget.
   • Manage vendors and third-party partners involved in digital operations.
5. Compliance and Security:
   • Ensure digital platforms comply with relevant regulations, including data privacy standards.
   • Oversee security protocols to protect company and user data.
6. Innovation:
   • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
   • Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (Master s preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in digital operations or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, tools, and technologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of compliance and security standards in the digital space.
