About the Role -
We're seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support our client-facing efforts through the creation and management of proposals, presentations, and brand assets. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales enablement, ensuring our team delivers polished, compelling materials that win business and strengthen our brand presence. Based in India, you will collaborate with global teams primarily in the US and Latin America. You will have a dual reporting line to the Marketing Director based in India, and the Proposal Manager based in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities -
- Support RFP/RFI responses, working cross-functionally to gather information and create cohesive, persuasive proposals
- Develop and maintain client presentation templates that align with brand guidelines
- Manage a centralized library of presentation assets, case studies, and reusable content
- Format complex information into visually appealing slides and documents
- Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all client-facing materials
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical information into clear, benefit-focused and client-centric messaging
- Help track and analyze proposal and client presentation success rates to refine future approaches
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with teams across multiple time zones and regions
Qualifications -
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, proposal development (graphic design and narrative development focus), or similar roles
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, experience with design software a plus
- Experience with proposal management processes and best practices
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work across departments and cultures
- Strong project management abilities to handle multiple deadlines
- Portfolio demonstrating information design and formatting capabilities
- Comfort working in a global environment with flexible hours to accommodate international time zones
- Strong English communication skills, Spanish language proficiency a plus
Desired Skills -
- Experience with proposal management software
- Understanding of competitive positioning and value proposition development
- Knowledge of information architecture principles
- Experience in professional services or B2B environment
- Previous experience working with multinational teams
