Handling tasks that are moderately complex and require following general guidelines and processes.
Managing approval rates, complaints, and loss targets.
What You Need to Bring
Strong problem-solving skills. You should be able to quickly estimate numbers, organize and run complex analyses, and create business cases backed by financial data to make decisions about trade-offs.
A passion for solving problems with data in a fast-moving environment. You should also have experience with statistical tools, knowledge of SQL or similar database languages, and hands-on experience working with large sets of data.
Strong communication skills.You must be able to work with people from different teams and countries, including product managers, data scientists, business owners, and customers, to learn from experts. You should be able to present ideas clearly and get everyone on the same page about risk strategies.
Ability to influence and work with groups to find solutions that support business growth while managing risks.
A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn about the payments industry and risk management.
The ability to spot issues in processes and tools, and come up with solutions to fix them with little guidance.
