Job Title: Business Development Executive US Staffing

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad / Onsite

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to join our US Staffing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers across the United States. Your primary focus will be selling staffing and recruitment solutions to various industries and ensuring a steady pipeline of new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads and secure new client accounts in the US market.
  • Understand client staffing needs and present customized recruitment solutions to meet their hiring goals.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and follow-ups.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the delivery/recruitment team to ensure successful candidate placements.
  • Maintain client relationships post-sale to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Keep detailed and up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions within the US Staffing industry.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to 4 years of outbound sales or business development experience, preferably in US Staffing or Recruitment services.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong understanding of the US job market, staffing processes, and employment laws is a plus.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Ability to work in US time zones (EST, CST, PST shifts as required).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with MSP/VMS accounts or direct clients.
  • Existing network of US-based hiring managers or companies is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of various US industries such as IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, or Light Industrial Staffing.
