We re looking for a Program Manager (AI/Gen AI Products) who thrives at the intersection of customer engagement, program execution, and strategic alignment . If you re passionate about AI, driving successful implementations , and ensuring customer success , this role is for you!
What You ll Do:
- Lead customer engagement, ensuring seamless communication and strong relationships
- Oversee AI/Gen AI POCs, tracking success metrics and ensuring timely delivery
- Drive pre-sales efforts, conducting demos and workshops to showcase AI solutions
- Align customer insights with Bourntec s product roadmap to drive innovation
What We re Looking For:
- 6 + years of experience in program or project management, ideally in AI, SaaS, or tech-driven environments
- Strong background in customer success, pre-sales, or account management
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on execution and measurable impact
- MBA from a Tier 1 will be a plus.
