Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

  • Manage and lead a team of 6-8 members ( BDMs) to achieve state-wide sales targets.
  • Sales Growth: Develop new accounts, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and ensure consistent target achievement.
  • Client Engagement: Provide professional service and advice to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and product innovations.
  • Strategy Contribution: Contribute to sales strategies and marketing plans for the assigned region.
  • Revenue Collection: Work with Accounts Receivable to ensure timely collections.

Preferred candidate profile :


  • 6+ years of sales experience in Logistics software, Insurance, or Commercial Vehicle industries. SaaS product experience is an advantage.
  • Proven expertise in business development and sales strategy execution.
  • Strong team leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in product demonstrations and client engagement.
