Job Title: Branch Sales Manager Home Loan/LAP (Individual Role)


CTC: Up to 5 LPA
Vertical: Home Loan Or LAP

Experience Required: 2 Years in Home Loan or Mortgage loan
Sourcing Channel: DSA Sourcing & Open Market


Role Overview:
As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and servicing
customers in the Home Loan vertical through DSA partnerships and open market activities,
driving disbursals while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new customers in the Home Loan segment.
Develop and manage DSA, DST, and connector networks for lead generation and
conversion.
Meet sales targets consistently while ensuring quality sourcing.
Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations) for smooth loan processing and
disbursal.
Maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups and support.
Ensure timely documentation and compliance as per organizational norms.
Continuously monitor competition offerings and share feedback for product
positioning.


Desired Candidate Profile:
Proven experience of 2 years in Home Loan or LAP sales.
Strong DSA sourcing experience is a must.
Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of home loan products, documentation, and process.
