Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in New Delhi at HDFC Life. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, setting sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong client relationships to achieve business objectives.

• Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Team Leadership and Performance Management experience
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Insurance products and industry trends
• Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in the insurance sector is a plus
