Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, estimate quantities, and monitor progress against estimates.
  
• Conduct quantity surveying activities, including rate analysis, cost control, and documentation.
  
• Review drawings for estimation purposes.
  
• Ensure accurate invoicing and adherence to estimation methodology.
  
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (estimation & billing).
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
  
• Proficiency in BOQ preparation, estimating software tools (e.g., Materialize CSS), and MS Office applications.
