The role includes employee exit management, documentation and compliance, audit coordination, grievance handling, HRMS implementation, PMS, and more
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders and HR operations efficiently
Skills & Responsibilities:Employee Exit & Documentation Compliance * Manage the end-to-end employee exit process including clearances, full & final settlement, and exit interviews
* Ensure proper filing of employee records, employment documents, and NDA compliance
* Maintain and update employment agreements &HR documentation as per audit and policy requirements
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to uphold legal standards and promote a fair and inclusive workplace
Audit Coordination (Internal & External) * Coordinate and support internal and external ISO & CMMI Level 3 audits
* Prepare necessary documentation and respond to audit requirements
* Ensure all HR processes are aligned with compliance standards
Grievance Redressal & Misconduct Handling * Address employee grievances and provide timely resolution
* Handle misconduct issues professionally and implement appropriate resolution plans
* Ensure compliance with legal and company procedures
Zoho HRMS Implementation * Assist in Zoho HRMS implementation, data migration, configuration, and user training
* Ensure system alignment with HR processes such as leave, attendance, exit, and appraisal
Performance Management & Improvement Plans * Coordinate the entire PMS cycle including goal setting, appraisal tracking, and documentation
* Support performance discussions and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) where needed
Bench & Redeployment * Track bench employees and coordinate with delivery teams for timely redeployment
* Support upskilling or cross-skilling efforts for better internal mobility
* Negotiate terms within company policies to retain key talent
Reward & Recognition Coordination * Coordinate with business leaders to execute monthly and quarterly reward and recognition programs
* Maintain records and communications related to employee awards
Stakeholder & Vendor Management * Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors
* Maintain vendor agreements, records, and ensure timely renewal and filing
POSH Compliance * Assist in maintaining POSH-related documentation and filings
* Support the Internal Committee in compliance and awareness initiatives
Reporting & MIS * Prepare weekly HR MIS and dashboards on HR metrics, headcount, exits, and compliance
* Share insights and reports with senior leadership regularly
Work Ethic * Maintain a high level of dedication, integrity, and confidentiality in all HR functions
* Be proactive, reliable, and committed to continuous improvement
Employee Relations and Departmental Coordination: * Connect, communicate and co-ordinate with internal departments to resolve employee queries and act as a bridge between employee and organization
Innovative HR Tactics: * Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and industry standards
Implement innovative HR solutions and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness
Cultivating Workplace Wellbeing * Lead initiatives to promote a positive work culture, diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee well-being
Foster a collaborative and supportive environment aligned with company values and goals
Must have Skills: * Bachelors / Master s Degree in any stream * 4-8 years experience in HR operations or generalist roles, preferably in IT/ITES or process-driven industries
* Knowledge of ISO/CMMI audits, Zoho HRMS, and employment law compliance is preferred
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and documentation skills
* Able to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness
