Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to help success for people and company. To lead and manage our HR functions, ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies and initiatives. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.


Responsibilities:

  • Help Colleague to prepare his/her roadmap and help him/her for the same.
  • Align with Mawai roadmap and established synergy with colleagues roadmap.
  • Strategically drive the talent acquisition process to ensure timely hiring of the right-fit candidates across all levels.
  • Shall be comfortable to do lot of communication with team member, team leader and management.
  • Overseeing the orientation process for new hires and organizing training programs to develop employee skills and ensure compliance with company policies. .
  • Addressing and resolving employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Implementing performance evaluation systems, setting goals, providing feedback, and managing employee performance issues.
  • Creating, updating, and enforcing company policies and procedures related to HR practices.
  • Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Promoting employee satisfaction and engagement through various initiatives, such as wellness programs, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
  • Aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, contributing to business planning, and supporting long-term growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication in Hindi & English
  • Graduation in Psychology will be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with HRIS software.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing solutions and strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Professional certifications in Human Resource Management will be the added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively interacting with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Ability to adjust to changing circumstances, handle multiple priorities, and manage unforeseen challenges in a dynamic work environment.
