Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing positions.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and close positions within timelines.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, databases, and referrals.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, and assist with reports and dashboards.
  • Support employer branding, walk-ins, and campus hiring as required.

Human Resource Operations

  • Assist in onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records including attendance, leaves, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate offer release, onboarding formalities, and exit/relieving procedures.
  • Assist in policy drafting, SOP documentation, and internal communication rollouts.
  • Help with bookkeeping tasks related to HR expenses, reimbursements, and employee-related records.
  • Provide support in payroll data collation, statutory compliance tracking, and HR audits.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives and internal communication campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA in HR or equivalent experience preferred).
  • 13 years of experience in Recruitment and/or HR Operations.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HRMS, ATS tools, and job portals.
  • Basic knowledge of HR bookkeeping and maintaining confidential records.
  • Ability to draft and implement internal HR policies and process documents.
  • Self-starter with a learning mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
