We are looking for an experienced IT Services Project Manager to lead and oversee technology projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT services while ensuring alignment with business objectives, budgets, and timelines. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and technical expertise in IT service management.
Project Planning s Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and expectations are met.
Risk s Issue Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, technology, and budget.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance IT service delivery processes and implement best practices.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report project progress using KPIs, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Compliance s Security: Ensure IT services and solutions adhere to industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
8-10 + years of experience managing IT service projects.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM), ITIL framework, and cloud technologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Scrum Master are a plus.
Experience working with Product engineering, , cloud services, and enterprise applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
