Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Accountable for timely completion and quality execution of tasks assigned within overallproject framework. Tasks may include doing the following while following relevant standardsand best practices:
- Conducting research (gathering, validating, organizing and analyzing information) ontechnology topics,
- Designing and maintaining data systems and databases; this includes fixing coding errorsand other data-related problems.
- Using statistical tools to interpret data sets.
- Validating deliverables against requirements, and
- Conducting QA of deliverables
- Acting, promptly and demonstrably, on feedback (about deliverables, work style, learningactivities etc.) leading to continually improving and expanding knowledge and skill base.
- Design, develop, and implement Power BI reports and dashboards to meet businessrequirements.
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly reports for effective data visualization.
- Develop data models to support the visualization needs of the business.
- Optimize data models for performance and scalability.
- Implement ETL processes for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks in Power BI reports.
- Has basic knowledge in Data Analytics with an equivalent of one to two years experience in.
- BE/BTech/MCA/MBA or equivalent formal education/ training with above average scores.
- 1-2 years of experience in data analytics
- Interest and broad understanding in wide range of technology topics.
- Proven experience as a Power BI/Tableau Developer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience.
- Knowledge in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and M Query language.
- Experience in data modeling and database design.
- Understanding of ETL processes and knowledge of getting data from various sources
- Above average mathematical and analytical skill.
- Should be able to produce documents and presentations with a defined template.
