You will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs and initiatives that are essential to achieving Drooms business objectives. This involves working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and success criteria.
Collaboration is key to success at Droom. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including product management, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations, to drive alignment and ensure seamless coordination throughout the program lifecycle.
You will develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure the successful execution of programs within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
You will establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure program performance and progress. Regularly monitoring and reporting on these metrics will enable you to track program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.
Proactively identifying potential risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact program delivery is crucial.
Effective communication is essential for program success. You will serve as a primary point of contact for program-related communication, providing regular updates, status reports, and presentations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Requirements:
MBA from Ivy League colleges such as IIMs, ISB, or similar prestigious institutions is highly preferred.
Proven experience (1-2 years) in program management or project management roles, preferably in the technology or e-commerce industry.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
Domain knowledge in e-commerce, automobile, and tech sectors is essential, with a deep understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive consensus, and achieve results in a matrixed organization.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
Project management certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or similar are desirable.
