Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Accurately code patient records using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify diagnoses and ensure accurate documentation.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards for medical coding.
  
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
  
• Stay up-to-date with changes in coding regulations and best practices.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience as an E&M Medical Coder (ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS Level II).
  
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills for accurate coding accuracy.
  
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology.
