About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and hands-on Growth Manager/Associate to join our fast-paced
D2C team based in Bangalore. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer engagement,
retention, and growth, and has prior experience managing CRM tools and executing
customer-centric initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies across digital and offline
channels.
- Plan and execute ATL & BTL marketing campaigns, including society activations
and other on-ground engagement events.
- Handle CRM operations: segmenting audiences, running targeted campaigns, tracking
and analyzing results.
- Own end-to-end execution of customer growth initiatives, driving revenue and
retention KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to improve
customer experience.
- Work extensively with MS Excel for campaign data analysis and reporting.
- Be the face of the brand during customer-facing events, especially in local
communities and societies.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a growth, marketing, or CRM-focused role.
- Prior experience in E-Commerce/D2C startups.
- Proficient in Kannada (spoken); able to interact with local communities and customers.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and customer engagement platforms.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles or on-ground activations.
- Strong analytical skills; working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Currently based in Bangalore or open to relocating immediately.
Good to Have:
- MBA from a Tier 2/3 B-school.
- Hands-on experience in retention marketing, customer lifecycle management, and
tools like MoEngage, CleverTap, etc.
