Establish and monitor success frameworks, ensuring delivery excellence and continuous improvement.
Identify risks early and work with delivery teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Liaise between clients, delivery, QA, and leadership to ensure high satisfaction and renewal potential.
Conduct project health checks, governance reviews, and contribute to QBRs.
Drive client-specific KPIs around quality, timeliness, compliance, and team productivity.
Coordinate with HR/TA for workforce planning on engagements to ensure team readiness.
Facilitate onboarding, training, and cultural alignment for project teams as needed.
Manage escalations and provide root cause analysis for any delivery gaps.
Track and report on success metrics, generating dashboards or reports for leadership.
