Job Description:

We are hiring a Lead Specialist who will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through cold calling (data will be provided) and convincing them to visit our office or project site for further discussions. This is a non-target-based role, and is focused on quality conversations and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the given database.
• Introduce and explain our land projects near Jewar Airport.
• Convince prospects to visit our office or site for further details.
• Maintain call records and update client responses accurately.
• Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
• Coordinate with the sales team for scheduled site visits.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Confident and polite telephone manner.
• Ability to handle objections positively.
• Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred but not mandatory).
• Freshers and experienced telecallers are welcome.
• Fluency in Hindi is a must; basic English communication is a plus.
