Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Control and Monitoring the turbine operation from DCS.
2. Turbine rolling at cold , warm, hot, and synchronizing
3. Coordinating with the field operator to ensure the normal operation
4. Responsible for continuous , safe and efficient operation
5. Handled major and critical conditions such as Blackout, TG islanding etc.
6. Carry out routine checks of TG and its auxiliaries including cooling tower, ACW and CW water circuits.
7. Implement authorized procedures under the safety rules.
8. Assist to restore shift team across a wide range of duties.
9. Maintain shift operation records and produce reports of plant operation.
10. Carry out maintenance of power plant viz.
11. Preventive & Breakdown maintenance.
12. Involvement in Annual shutdown works of Power plant.
13. Manage the manpower as per planning.
