Key Highlights of the Role:

• 5-10 years of experience in Application/Production Support (L2/L3)
  
• Strong technical skills in Unix/Linux/Windows, Oracle/SQL, J2EE/.Net, IBM MQ, Web Applications
  
• Hands-on scripting using Shell, Python, PowerShell
  
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins and Ansible
  
• Experience in Incident & Change Management, system health checks, and deployments
  
• Prior exposure to core banking or payment systems preferred
  
• Willing to provide 24x7 production support, including weekends and holidays
