We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our US IT Staffing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing bench candidates (H1B, GC, US Citizens, OPT, CPT, etc. ) and placing them with implementation partners, system integrators, and end clients. You will be responsible for driving the entire sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closing placements.
Candidate Marketing:
Proactively market bench consultants (W2) to tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients in the US market.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Job Matching Submissions:
Identify suitable requirements for consultants and submit their profiles with a quick turnaround.
Rate Negotiation:
Negotiate rates with clients and vendors while ensuring competitive margins for the company and fairness to the consultant.
Consultant Support:
Guide and support consultants through interviews, onboarding, and throughout the project duration.
Database Maintenance:
Maintain and update the internal database of consultants, submissions, and client interactions using ATS or CRM tools.
Market Trends:
Stay up-to-date with market demands, technologies, and visa regulations relevant to IT staffing.
5+ years of hands-on experience in US Bench Sales Recruiting.
Strong network of clients, vendors, and implementation partners.
Familiarity with job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and vendor portals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
Good understanding of various IT technologies and roles (Java, . NET, QA, DevOps, Data Science, etc. ).
Experience working with consultants on H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, EAD, and US citizens.
