Job Description
- Perform basic administrative tasks using Microsoft Excel and Windows.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions for students.
- Maintain and update student and training records and databases.
- Assist in the preparation of training environments and materials
- Communicate with students and trainers to ensure smooth coordination of training activities.
- Handle general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Support the team with any additional administrative tasks as needed.
Experience: at least 3 years experience in a similar role
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Windows.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
