Job Description
Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter
Location: Pune
Experience Required: 610 Years
Reports To: HR Manager / Head of Talent Acquisition
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Recruiter who will take ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, with a strong focus on IT hiring, stakeholder engagement, and HR operations support. This is a strategic role that requires balancing recruitment delivery and contributing to broader HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (80%)
- Own and drive end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles (primarily IT & corporate functions)
- Source candidates through various channels job portals, social media, headhunting, employee referrals, and ATS
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to define hiring needs and workforce planning
- Manage interview coordination, candidate evaluation, offer negotiation, and pre-joining engagement
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring programs when needed
HR Operations (20%)
- Support onboarding and documentation for new hires
- Coordinate with the HR operations team for background verification, joining formalities, and system setups
- Assist in employee engagement activities, HRIS updates, and MIS/reporting
- Support performance management cycles and other cross-functional HR processes
Key Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant field
- 610 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Prior experience with IT hiring is mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ATS (e.g., BrassRing, SAP Fieldglass, Zoho, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to international recruitment (APAC/UK)
- Hands-on with tools like SAP Fieldglass, SHL, Korn Ferry
- Familiarity with HR dashboards and reporting tools
