Job Description

The candidate will also take charge of costs, client relations, and final approval. Requirements
Managing project scope and timeline.
Hands on experience in creating project schedule and project management plan.
Hands on experience on Microsoft Project Plan and other project management tools.
Must have experience in creating Vision statement document, Project charter and Team charter.
Should have experience on Predictive (Waterfall) and Adaptive (Agile) methodologies.
Excellent understanding of use case diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram and workflow is must.
Coordinating backlog, daily stand-up, Sprint, and retrospective meetings.
Working directly with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
Resolving conflicts and removing internal and external obstacles that occur.
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
Help build a productive environment where team members
