Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Training to lead and oversee the training operations at our Madurai center. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, executing, and continuously improving comprehensive training programs tailored to meet the organization s strategic goals. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to build a learning culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective training strategies and programs aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead the design and delivery of training modules focusing on technical, leadership, and soft skills.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized learning solutions.
- Build and manage a high-performance training team, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs, leveraging feedback for continuous improvement.
- Incorporate innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enhance training effectiveness.
- Partner with external training providers and educational institutions for content development and delivery.
- Establish a framework for knowledge sharing and best practices across teams and departments.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize training ROI.
