As a Programmatic Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of search campaigns and contributing to profitable relationships with large brand advertisers, agencies and other companies that utilize our media buying platform. As you become an Ad advertising expert you will be proficient in planning, launching, optimizing, troubleshooting and analyzing search advertising campaigns in the platform. This knowledge will be used to support our internal SEM Programmatic Account teams in building successful relationships with the leading brands and advertisers of the world. While stakeholder relationship skills are a plus, please note that this is not a sales role.

Ensure operational excellence across all SEM DSP Accounts
Lead stakeholder-facing and internal troubleshooting efforts
Managing search campaign calendar, trafficking assets and approval process
Executing day to day production tasks across search accounts
Analyze performance metrics and proactively assist with campaign performance enhancements
Identify trends in data to drive optimization strategies
Work with Senior Account Managers on strategic growth strategies and implementation process across the business
Identify quality-improving and feature enhancement opportunities
What you ll need to get started:
A sound understanding of the digital advertising market, preferably with a working knowledge of the Programmatic Search space. You ll have a proven track record of successfully managing Stakeholder relationships., coupled with exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Required Skills
SEM Display Expertise:
8-10 years of SEM DSP experience in brand or agency s digital marketing team
Strong understanding of the Search Display Advertising Ecosystem, Ad networks, rich media vendors, RTB/Programmatic media buying
Hands-on expertise in managing high-value campaigns across Google Bing advertising platforms
Excellent MS Office skills to create reports, dashboard PPTs
Strong hold on Marketing fundamentals to help stakeholder drive maximum out of their digital Ad spends
Financial Management:
Control spend vs. monthly budget/performance goals
Follow daily performance checks for all SEM accounts
Ability to flag and control under/over achievement of Account goals in a timely fashion
Commercial/Business awareness
Renewal Retention Management skills
Strong analytical skills; Knowledge of PowerBI, Statistical analysis etc will be preferred
Stakeholder Management:
Good prioritization of workload, ensuring that all commitments are met
Ability to form an understanding of account s business goals and marketing strategy
Other key aspects:
Ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively.
Experience presenting in front of groups.
Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience
Special consideration given for
Previous experience working with Adobe Advertising or similar tools.
Certification on Adobe Analytics or Adobe Audience Manager or RT CDP
Knowledge of Pixel tracking, cookie management, JavaScripts for reporting automations
Database and BI related experience.
Deep vertical industry experience (e.g., Retail, media, financial services, high tech, etc).
A degree in a business/marketing related and/or analytical discipline such as marketing, commerce, business, economics, engineering, etc.
